Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink himalayan rock salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1 zested tangerine
1/2 cup dice celery
1/2 cup white onions
1/2 cup mixed peppers ( yellow & red )
1 cup medium cut green snap beans
1/2 cup fresh julienne basil
1/2 cup brussel sprouts
1/2 cup mushroom
1 key lime juiced - optional
6 oz Kung Pao - Asian Style Sauce
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon grape seed oil
2 skinless bite sizes chicken breast - optional
20 peeled large shrimp -optional
5 oz AROY-D Rice Vermicelli
3 Tablespoon small dice green onion - optional
Directions
1. In a large pot saute celery, onion, peppers with grape seed oil for 3 minutes on low/medium heat.
2. In a small pot , bring 3 cups of water to a boil then add brussel sprouts and Green snap beans . Boil for 2 minutes or into tender, then drain water and sit the vegetables to the side.
3. With a rubber spatula add in your chicken then seasonings , into large pot with saute celery mixed. Cook into chicken is done ( 8 -10 minutes )
4. Now , add in your grape tomatoes and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
5. Next, add in your shrimp and cook into done ( 5- 7 minutes )
6. After your shrimp is done, add in the vegetables that you sat to the side earlier into pot, and turn the heat to low .
7. As well as , adding in zested tangerine , basil , Kung Pao & Soy Sauce .
8. Stir all ingredients together and let it cook on low .
9. Bring 5 cups of water to a boil and cook the rice vermicelli as instructed on package, then drain water. Note: I cooked them for 3 - 4 minutes.
10. With a utensil, add in the rice vermicelli to the pot and mix well with other ingredients .
If desired, sprinkle with green onion and key lime when plated.
