Strawberry Summer Salad

A Strawberry Salad is starting to become a great refreshing classic to many meals. Get ready for a delightful fresh,light, and flavorful feast !






I think we have made this salad a hundred times and I most say, this Strawberry Salad never looses its taste. Also, this particular salad is sweet, bitter, citrus, and savory all in one bite. As well as, simple but made with healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

2 full servings or 4 appetizer side salads

Prep & Serving Time : 20 Minutes


(Please watch your fingers you will need a knife)


Strawberry : 10 strawberries each dice into 4 pieces.

Cucumber : 2 cucumber slice evenly.

Apple: 1 apple dice into nice sizes.

Red Onion: Use 1 half of red onion and dice.

Red Bell Pepper : 1 bell pepper dice

Roasted Sunflower Seeds : The intake amount is by choice.

Orange Cranberry : The intake amount is by choice.

Feta Cheese : The intake amount is by choice.

Cilantro : Garnish ( optional )

Dressing : Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing ( See Below )

Fresh Romaine & Kale : slice salad mix into a bite-able size.



Healthy Everyday Creamy Avocado Dressing

Shelf Life : 1-2 weeks


Lately, my obsession has been Avocado, I have them on my sandwiches, salads, bagels, vegan tacos, and sometimes by themselves. Furthermore, for this particular dish we needed to add something creamy and zesty. So finally I realize to make something that's not only easy but delicious.


Ingredients:

1 Avocado

1/4 cup chopped cilantro * including stems

1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

1 Tablespoon of key limes ( you can add more if needed)

5 Tablespoon of Grapeseed oil

Water ( The intake is by choice, add water slowly)


Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.

Then process all ingredients into smooth, stop machine to scrape all the sides down. Then blend again. If you want your dressing thin add a little more water.

Place dressing into a container with a tight seal ( mason jar) and refrigerate.
