When it comes to flavor, OMG! This dish is everything. My girlfriend has been on a keto-friendly journey for 40 days, so I wanted to create something she would love—low-carb and guilt-free. This Keto-Friendly 30-Minute Jambalaya is not only a healthy dinner option, but it also makes for easy cleanup. Packed with Cajun spices, garlic, juicy shrimp, savory ground turkey, fresh vegetables, and roasted cauliflower, it’s a flavor explosion!


Since we're keeping it keto, we swapped out the rice for cauliflower rice! Feel free to customize it to your liking!

Ingredients


Cauliflower rice Jambalaya
Jambalaya
  • 1 Medium White Onion, diced

  • 3 oz of Mixed Sweet Peppers, diced

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Cajun Season, to taste

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey

  • 8 oz Cooked Medium shrimp

  • 12 ounces Cooked Salad Shrimp

  • 12 ounces Cauliflower

  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
