Now it's easy to say Mac & Cheese is probably on everybody's menu. Plus, Mac & Cheese is super cheap, easy, and often you can find a box on sale in somebody's grocery store. Here's a quick guide to making a tasteful dish in under $10, and below 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter * substitute olive oil
1 Box of Mac & Cheese
1 Red onion ( Diced)
1 Green Bell ( Diced)
8 Baby Whole Carrots ( Sliced Thin)
2 Broccoli Crowns ( chopped)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
ground pepper to taste
1 1/2 teaspoon of Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese - optional
Shrimp or Chicken - optional
milk * substitute hemp milk
1 box of Tony Chachere's
Basil or Parsley * your choice for the amount
Directions
Cut up all your vegetables as instructed first.
Boil noodles as instructed on Mac & Cheese Box.
While your noodles are cooking, work on cooking your meat then add all your vegetables, salt, and pepper.
Now, that your pasta is done. Drain! Then add in your meat and vegetable combination, butter, milk, Tony Chachere's, and Louisiana Cajun Seasoning. Cook on low for 5 minutes.
* Only use milk directions from one box. If you want a more creamy texture add more. Keep & eye on your pasta, milk can burn the pan easily.
5. Lastly, add-in your Shredded Cheddar Cheese and herb of choice. Cook for 5 minutes
6. Enjoy!
