Delicious Air-Fried Tuna Patties

These easy tuna balls are simple, low carb, and packed with a lot of flavors.


Made with tuna, seasons, low carb breading and baked into crisp

 

PREP TIME: 13 minutes COOK TIME: 20 minutes TOTAL TIME: 35 minutes

INGREDIENTS

(4) five ounces can of tuna drained, and broken up with folk

(1) 14.75 ounces of pink salmon drained, debone and broken up with folk

1/2 dice middle white onion

1/2 minced green onion

(1) Teaspoon of Black Pepper

(1) Teaspoon Garlic Powder

(1) Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes - optional

(1) Teaspoon Sea Salt

(1) Tablespoon Adobe Season

(1) Teaspoon Oregano

(1) Tablespoon Onion Powder

1 cup of Spelt Flour

(3) Tablespoon Olive Oil

 

DIRECTIONS


  1. Grab a big mixing bowl,1/4 measuring cup, plate, and non-grease oven tray

  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and add half of the spelt flour. Mix Thoroughly.

  3. Pour the other half of spelt on the plate

  4. Grab 1/4 measuring cup, and make tuna balls, then roll on flour plate.

  5. Now, sit tuna balls in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to mold, on non-grease tray.

  6. Turn air-fryer on baked 350 degrees for five minutes, add one tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Press Start!

  7. Grab Tuna Balls from refrigerator, then fatten into patty form. Make sure each side is coated with flour

  8. Add one tablespoon olive oil distribute evenly across patties, both sides. Cook 350 degrees on bake for ten minutes, on both sides

  9. Enjoy.
