It's necessary to have mutual courtesy. Another way to establish dignity is by observing your family & friends' feelings and not hurt them.


Additionally, we all have personal boundaries that have to be performed to make us feel safe, loved, kind, etc. Learning to show compassion and the importance of self-care shows that you practice physical, mental, and emotional support. Therefore, it's important to be clear about what you love and need.




Finally, with each other's support, it helps to decrease stress, depression, loneliness, etc. It's a role to surround yourself with positive people who take accountability for their actions and interact with other friendly individuals. Again, it is a matter of your preference!
