10 Rituals For A Successful Day

Many times, successful people probably can't control their plan for the day, but they can control how the day starts.




The key idea for a successful rising relies on how you approach your start. Here are seven steps that can help :


  1. Before you lay down for bedtime, set a reasonable alarm between 4 AM- 6 AM, (bosses wake up early while everyone else is asleep). Also, don't look or touch your phone two hours before bedtime and rising.

  2. Meditate before going to bed and when you awake.

  3. Watch less television

  4. Eat Less unhealthy foods; food controls your digestive system and your mind.

  5. Start your day off with self-care.

  6. Mind your business and don't be petty.

  7. Practice positive self-affirmation and gratitude.

  8. Drink lots of water.

  9. Read something positive or motivating.

10. Move Your body with a routine. ( yoga, daily walk, etc).
